The present invention relates to a multiphase interleaved converter. The multiphase interleaved converter includes n phase sub circuits, of which input and output are connected in parallel in order to convert a DC or AC input voltage into a DC or AC output voltage of a different level; a current controller outputting a control signal for controlling one of the sub circuits by receiving a current control command and a phase current value of one of the sub circuits; and a balancing controller receiving the phase current value of each of the phase sub circuits, and controlling a duty ratio of control signals, applied to the sub circuits, based on a control signal of the current controller and the phase current value of each of the sub circuits by receiving the control signal of the current controller.
