Disclosed are a spatial light modulator which is manufactured with a small size by using an electrode which is formed with a nano antenna structure and a display device including the same. The disclosed spatial light modulator includes a refractive index changing layer, and a pixel electrode and a common electrode which are formed to apply an electric field in the refractive index change layer. At least one of the pixel electrode and the common electrode has a nano antenna pattern to resonate light of a specific wavelength band.
