<p>The present invention provides a method for setting a parameter in a data transmission service, a terminal, and a base station. The method includes: determining, by a terminal according to a terminal status, time-to-live of a packet on a network node; and sending, by the terminal, a survival report to a base station, where the survival report includes the time-to-live, so that the base station sets a packet transmission parameter according to the time-to-live. According to the embodiments of the present invention, user experience can be ensured.</p> |
