PURPOSE:To provide a pallet circulating and transferring apparatus which can promote working efficiency and reduce the floor space by providing the upper and lower conveyers, both ends of which are coupled to each other by vertical pallet position high-to-low converters. CONSTITUTION:One or a few pallets 1 are placed on a buffer conveyer A1 to load the pallets with unsoldered workpiece arranged and hung in a plurality of rows. The pallet 1 is transferred onto a working conveyer A2, the speed of which is adjusted. The work-piece passes fluxer 3, a pre-dry 4 and a soldering bath 5 to be soldered and reaches a buffer conveyer A3. A stopper 6 is opened to transfer the pallet 1 onto a conveyer 7b on an elevating table and an elevating table 7' of a pallet position high-to-low converter C descends. After that, the pallet is transferred onto a returning conveyer B and transported to the conveyer 7b on the elevating table, and an elevating table 7' of a pallet position high-to-low converter D rises. The soldered workpieces are detached from the pallet 1, and unsoldered workpieces are attached thereto. |
