According to various embodiments, provided is an electronic device including: a first body including a holding groove of a certain depth; a clip installed to be opened and closed in the first body; and a second body coupled with the first body, wherein one end of the second body receives a control of the holding groove and the other receives a control of the clip to overlap the first body, thereby making it easy to install and hold the electronic device only with the structure of the electronic device itself and the clip and preventing an increase in the total volume of the electronic device, caused by the coupling structure. Therefore, the present invention can increase product reliability.
