The present invention relates to a vision inspection device for inspecting the surface of metalwork. More specifically, the vision inspection device for inspecting the surface of metalwork is configured to improve the satisfaction of a product since total inspection of metalwork is possible. The vision inspection device according to the present invention comprises: a supply unit (100) for receiving metalwork (B) to transfer the same to a loading zone (110); a pitch transfer unit (200) for transferring the metalwork (B); a first inspection unit (300) for photographing the small width and inner diameter of a first rotation plate (320) on which the metalwork (B) is placed with a first camera (330); a reversal unit (400) for releasing the metalwork (B); a second inspection unit (500) for photographing the large width and outer diameter of a second rotation plate (520) on which the metalwork (B) is placed with second and third cameras (530, 540); a control unit (800) for regulating the operation of a driving unit and a sensor; a defect discharge unit (600) for sorting and discharging the metalwork (B); an imprinting unit (700) for performing an imprinting process on the surface of the metalwork (B); and a pass discharge unit (900). |
