PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict inflow with high accuracy without depending on an existing model.SOLUTION: A prediction expression is created by estimating a regression coefficient based on past GPV data, past AMeDAS data, and a past actual value of increment of inflow, and a regression. Then up-to-date GPV data and AMeDAS data are applied to the prediction expression for determining the prediction value of the increment of inflow. An up-to-date inflow actual value is added to the prediction value of the increment of inflow, for determining the prediction value of the inflow. |
