<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flexibility for forming patterns without deteriorating the generating efficiency in a solar cell panel including a number of light transmissive type solar cell modules having different opening ratios and forming the patterns with the different opening ratios. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell panel has a first small module group, a second small module group, and a third small module group, which respectively include three solar cell modules 1 parallely connected and assembled from a top part to form three tiers.
