<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relative speed measurement device and a relative displacement measurement device used for respectively obtaining relative speed and relative displacement of a navigation satellite that constitute a satellite navigation system, the devices capable of efficiently and accurately acquiring the relative speed and relative displacement of a desired navigation satellite even when a range of the relative speed of the navigation satellite is limited. <P>SOLUTION: A relative speed E is acquired in such a manner so that an equation E=y<SB POS="POST">1</SB>+w<SB POS="POST">1</SB>*h<SB POS="POST">1</SB>=...=y<SB POS="POST">p</SB>+w<SB POS="POST">p</SB>*h<SB POS="POST">p</SB>is established with predetermined accuracy for a plural number p of relative speeds y<SB POS="POST">1</SB>through y<SB POS="POST">p</SB>which are obtained for one navigation satellite constituting a satellite navigation system and individually have a range of value r<SB POS="POST">1</SB>through r<SB POS="POST">p</SB>, for the widths w<SB POS="POST">1</SB>through w<SB POS="POST">p</SB>of the range of values r<SB POS="POST">1</SB>through r<SB POS="POST">p</SB>, and for integers h<SB POS="POST">1</SB>through h<SB POS="POST">p</SB>corresponding to the widths w<SB POS="POST">1</SB>through w<SB POS="POST">p</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
