PURPOSE:To use a titled transmitter semipermanently, even with increased frequency of switchings of a switch, by keeping a prescribed phase relation between a gate signal and a conduction current, and generating a zero-phase current with the semiconductor switch. CONSTITUTION:A voltage is applied to a transformer 10 via a capacitor 7 from a high voltage distribution line Va, a current (i) at the secondary winding is applied to a semiconductor switch 11 and its output voltage (v) is given to a gate signal generating circuit 14. The output is given to a connecting point between one end of a grounded resistor 13 and another end of a capacitor 12 connected to the distribution line Va. The resistance and capacitance values are adjusted, a zero-phase signal is generated from the switch 11 and a rectangular wave signal is transmitted from both ends of the resistor 13. Then, n-cycles between zero points of the current can be taken as a basic unit of the transmission, and the semiconductor switch is employed, allowing to use the transmitter semipermanently. |
