<p>The invention relates to a drive having a transmission (6), the input shaft of which can be driven by an electric motor (1). An adapter (3, 4) is arranged between the electric motor and the transmission, said adapter having one or more housing parts. The input shaft is supported in a housing part of the transmission or of the adapter, in particular by means of a bearing which is received in the housing part, and the housing part(s) of the adapter is or are connected to the transmission housing in an oil-tight manner. The oil level in the adapter is higher than the highest-lying transmission bearing and/or higher than the highest-lying oil level in the engagement region between two transmission toothings in engagement with each other. A vent (10) is arranged in the adapter above the oil level, said vent venting from the inner air region of the adapter to the surrounding outer area.</p> |
