The purpose of the present invention is to provide a floating public toilet capable of automatically floating on the water by buoyancy when water level is high in case of flooding of a river or a stream due to a local downpour or a flood. To achieve the same, disclosed is a floating public toilet including: a base having multiple guide posts stood on the edges of the top surface; a buoyant body having post holes corresponding to the guide posts to move vertically along the guide post in the upper side of the base and a toilet on the top surface; guide rollers formed on the inner circumferences of the post holes to allow the buoyant body to slide along the guide posts; a hose formed in the outer side of the toilet to connect a water supply pipe connected to a water consuming part of the toilet and a water service pipe supplying tap water; a first coupler connecting the hose and the water service pipe to be detached; a flexible pipe formed in the outer side of the toilet to connect a drain pipe of the toilet and a sewer pipe connected to a septic tank; and a second coupler connecting the flexible pipe to at least one among the drain pipe and the sewer pipe. |
