The present invention relates to a rotatable building capable of obtaining a prospect right and adjusting an amount of sunshine by rotating a circular or polygonal multi-storied building at 360°. According to the present invention, the rotatable building prevents pipes and wires from being overlapped or interlaced with each other in the rotation of the building to smoothly rotate by intensively converging the pipes and the wires at the center and obtaining structural stability wherein the pipes and the wires designed considering a radius of the rotatable building are inserted. Also, the present invention minimizes heating costs by adjusting the amount of sunshine in accordance with seasons and allows users to enjoy views of surrounding in various directions. |
