The present invention relates to a defect diagnosis control apparatus using wireless transmission and reception attached and applied to a machining center, which stabilizes quality, minimizes economic loss, and enables a product to be continuously managed. The apparatus comprises: an operation shaft inserted and penetrated into a through hole of a tool body; an inspection member coupled and fixated to an insertion groove of the operation shaft; a moving pin moved along the operation shaft; and a defect diagnosis module having a sensor substrate which detects a moving distance of the moving pin. Moreover, the apparatus comprises: an RF transceiver receiving a detection signal of the sensor substrate to be wirelessly transmitted; a battery supplying an electric current; a signal receiver receiving a transmission signal of the RF transceiver; and a control unit connected to the signal receiver. |
