The present invention relates to a hand-held welding extruder comprising an extruder unit having an extruder screw and an extruder nozzle, wherein a nozzle tube section (17) which protrudes relative to the extruder housing adjoins the extruder unit in the conveying direction of the extrudate and comprises an inner channel from which the extrudate exits. The hand-held welding extruder further comprises at the front end of the device a welding shoe (11) via which the molten material is dispensed, wherein said welding shoe can be fastened on the nozzle tube section. The hand-held welding extruder according to the invention is characterized in that a one-piece welding shoe (11) made of plastic is provided, which comprises both a frontal section (22) forming a welding seam and a central and/or rear section (21, 20) that is to be fastened on the nozzle tube section (17). The particular advantage of such a welding shoe is that it consists of a homogeneous material, whereby the formation of sections having different thermal expansion coefficients and of gaps during heating can be prevented. |
