<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate with adhesive layer in which a protective film is superposed on one side of a polarizing film and an adhesive layer is superposed on the other side, and which suppresses a formation of curl when being exposed to a high-temperature and high-humidity environment and has high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The polarizing plate with adhesive layer includes: a polarizing film 10; a protective film 20 superposed on one side of the polarizing film 10; and an adhesive layer 30 superposed on the other side of the polarizing film 10. When a percentage of saturated water content under a temperature of 23°C and a relative humidity of 55% is defined as R<SB POS="POST">0</SB>(%) and a percentage of saturated water content under a temperature of 60°C and a relative humidity of 90% is defined as R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>(%), the adhesive layer 30 satisfies an expression: R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-R<SB POS="POST">0</SB>≥2.3.
