<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading device which has high plasticization performance and can stably manufacture thermoplastic resin compacts for a long period of time and to provide a manufacturing method of the thermoplastic resin compact using the kneading device.SOLUTION: A kneading device comprises a plasticization cylinder and a screw which is installed in a manner that can rotate and move back and forth inside the plasticization cylinder. The kneading device manufactures a thermoplastic resin compact with a downstream side seal mechanism, between a high pressure kneading zone and a decompression zone, which connects or disconnects the high pressure kneading zone and the decompression zone depending on a rotation state of the screw.</p> |
