The present invention relates to an absorbent core composed of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) fibers or fiber clothes, and to absorbent articles using the same. The present invention provides an absorbent core composed of CMC fibers or fiber clothes having 0.3 or higher degree of substitution, or an absorbent core in which a natural material such as a wood pulp, a cotton fiber, or a mixture thereof is mixed or combined with the CMC fiber or fiber cloth, thereby obtaining stability for skin and being able to be naturally decomposed due to the use of eco-friendly and human body-friendly cellulose material. The absorbent article according to the present invention includes an upper sheet layer, which is formed on one surface of the absorbent article and composed of a rayon material or a cotton material, and a rear sheet layer, which is formed on the other surface thereof and composed of a polylactic acid material or a cotton material. The absorbent article fulfills absorbent magnification and absorbent speed required for product approval, thereby being useful for hygiene items, infant diapers, and products for urinary incontinence. |
