<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle device that can efficiently spray air and apply a chemical solution to a traveling body at a high adhesion rate. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a nozzle device 100 for applying a chemical solution Y to a traveling body 50 in a paper machine 101. The nozzle device is provided with: a nozzle body part 2 having a nozzle opening 1 for a chemical solution that is capable of discharging a chemical solution Y; and an air body part 10 that can spray air from both sides of the nozzle body part 2 so as to sandwich the discharged chemical solution Y. The air body part 10 has: an air introduction channel 13 to which air is introduced; a pair of front and rear distribution channels 14 communicating with the air introduction channel 13; and a pair of nozzle openings for air 12 which communicate with the distribution channels 14, respectively, and from which air is discharged. The cross-section area SA of the air introduction channel 13 and the cross-section area SB of the nozzle opening for air 12 has a relation of SA≥SB in the nozzle device 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
