<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cook rice so as to uniformize hardness of rice and size of a grain of rice.SOLUTION: A rice cooker includes: a body 1; an inner pot 2 that includes a flange part 2b inside the body 1 and a conical inclination part 2h at a lower portion and is detachably provided; a heating coil 4 that is provided in a position opposing a bottom part 2e of the inner pot 2 and inductively heats the inner pot 2; and an outer lid 5 blocking the body 1 and an upper-surface opening of the inner pot 2. In the inner pot 2, a thickness of the center from the inside of an annular plane part 2e opposing the heating coil 4 is configured to be larger than that of the annular plane part 2e, a thickness of an outer peripheral side part 2r from a portion directly below the flange part 2b to an inclination part 2h is configured to be larger than that of the annular plane part 2e, and a thickness of a corner part 2g from the annular plane part 2e to the outer peripheral side part 2r and a thickness of the inclination part 2h are configured to be smaller than that of the annular plane part 2e.</p> |
