The present invention relates to a device for tightening a shoelace with a locking cover and, more specifically, to a device for tightening a shoelace with a locking cover which can simply fixate a wire type shoelace included in shoes such as hiking boots, work shoes, sneakers, and the like according to rotation of the locking cover. The device for tightening a shoelace with a locking cover of the present invention comprises: a housing in which an accommodation space which accommodates a shoelace is formed on an upper inner portion thereof, and a lower gear is formed upwardly along the edge of the accommodation space, and a shaft rod is installed in the center of the accommodation space; a bobbin wheel in which the shaft rod is installed to penetrate through the inner side of the accommodation space in the housing, and the shoelace is wound around the outer circumferential surface, and a rotary gear is installed in an upper portion thereof; a wheel liner in which the rotary gear is installed to penetrate through an upper portion of the bobbin wheel, and an upper gear, engaged with the lower gear, is formed downward to be rotated in one direction, and moving spaces are individually formed on both sides with respect to the rotary gear; a pair of side clutches which is individually installed in the moving spaces of the wheel liner to be movable toward the rotary gear, and a clutch gear, engaged with the rotary gear according to the moving position, is formed on the inner side thereof; and a locking cover which is installed on an upper portion of the wheel liner to allow rotation thereof while covering the accommodation space of the housing, and engages the clutch gear with the rotary gear by moving the side clutches toward the rotary gear for the bobbin wheel and the wheel liner to be rotated in one direction in which the shoelace is wound, thereby preventing loosening of the shoelace. |
