Disclosed are an accessory supply unit and an accessory attaching apparatus using the same. In the present invention, a sliding block is sled to a side to place a first support block of a first accessory supply unit directly below a cylinder of the accessory supply unit in order to supply a first accessory in a spherical shape. The sliding block is sled to the other side to place a second support block of a second accessory supply unit directly below the cylinder of the accessory supply unit in order to supply a second accessory in a nonspherical shape. The location of a second accessory storage container is adjusted according to the location of a conveying and aligning unit of the second accessory supply unit. Accordingly, the present invention can easily switch and use the first and second accessory supply units according to the accessory to be attached, thereby improving the ease of use significantly.
