The present invention discloses a nanopipette equipped with a membrane comprising ionophore, a manufacturing method thereof, and an ion measurement device comprising the same. A manufacturing method of an ion-selective nanopipette comprises the steps of: (A) preparing a membrane forming solution containing ionophore, a polymer matrix, and a plasticizer; (B) forming an ion-selective membrane by inserting the membrane forming solution in the nanopipette; and (C) saturating the ionophore inside the ion-selective membrane.
