A light emitting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first conductive semiconductor layer; a reflecting layer on the first conductive semiconductor layer; an active layer on the reflecting layer; and a second conductive semiconductor layer on the active layer. The reflecting layer comprises: a first reflecting layer; and a second reflecting layer on the first reflecting layer. The band gap difference between the first reflecting layer and the second reflecting layer is 0.7 eV or higher.
