The present invention relates to a heat radiation plate manufacturing method and a heat radiation plate manufactured thereof, and more specifically, relates to a heat radiation plate manufacturing method and a heat radiation plate manufactured thereof which processes a stainless steel disk by a hole forming process, a multi-step burring process, and a forming process to use the disk as a heat radiation plate. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heat radiation plate manufacturing method comprises: a hole forming process of punching a hole on a stainless steel disk with a punching pin by a press to form a first hole of a prescribed size; a burring process of punching the first hole with a burring pin by the press to form a second hole larger than the first hole, and forming a flange of a prescribed height on a circumference of the second hole; a forming process of bending a workpiece plate which has undergone the burring process by bending the press to form a first unevenness in a dancette shape in a longitudinal direction, forming subsequent unevennesses next to each other at regular intervals; and a cutting process of cutting the workpiece plate which has undergone the forming process by a cutting blade of the press in a prescribed size to complete a final heat radiation plate. |
