The present invention is to provide a probe block which can increase wear resistance of contact lines by preventing a sliding phenomenon generated when the contact lines come in contact with lead lines. The probe block comprises: a block body; a film installed on the bottom surface of the block body, and formed with a plurality of contact lines electrically in contact with an object to be tested; a leaf spring configured to have each comb tooth apply pressure onto each contact line as an end of the leaf spring in contact with the film is in the form of combtooth having the same pitches as pitches of the contact lines; and a substrate arranged on the bottom surface of the block body of a rear part of the film, and conductively connected to the contact lines. |
