<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC/DC inverter device the manufacturing cost of which can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In an AC/DC inverter device 100 that converts DC power output from a DC power supply into AC power and converts AC power output from an AC power supply into DC power, an AC power supply PS is connected between first and second I/O terminals T1, T2, and an external load R is connected between third and fourth I/O terminals T3, T4.
