<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorine bypass system and the like capable of decreasing cooling heat loss or pressure loss and suppressing an operation cost or a maintenance cost while maintaining high recovery efficiency of fine powder (chlorine bypass dust). <P>SOLUTION: A chlorine bypass system 1 includes: a probe 3 that extracts a part of combustion gas while cooling from a kiln exhaust gas flow passage that runs from an inlet of a cement kiln 2 to the lowermost stage cyclone; a classifier 5 that separates coarse powder D1 of dust in the extracted gas G1 extracted by the probe; and an electric duct collector 6 that collects fine powder D2 of dust in exhaust gas G2 after the coarse powder is separated therefrom by the classifier, the dust collector having heat resistance to a temperature of at least 250°C or higher. The temperature of the exhaust gas introduced into the electric dust collector is preferably controlled to 200°C or higher and 450°C or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
