<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that maintains display uniformity, and enables reduction in a frame frequency in a vertical alignment type liquid crystal display device to be operative by a multiplex driving.SOLUTION: A driving method for suppressing display unevenness in a liquid crystal display device generating periodic light and dark display unevenness along a center molecule alignment orientation in a plurality of pixels when performing a multiplex driving by an optimum bias value under an environment at 25°C and a drive voltage of a frame reverse waveform having a frame frequency set at 120 Hz. The driving method is configured to: under the environment at 25°C, set a bias value two times or more as small as the optimum bias value; and perform the multiplex driving by a driving voltage of a frame reverse waveform having a duty ratio set to 1/32 or more.</p> |
