The present invention relates to a Korea style pancake (buchimgae) cooking apparatus for business use and, more specifically, to a Korea style pancake cooking apparatus for business use capable of cooking a Korea style pancake by heating a cooking plate always at the set temperature, and ignition efficiency of a gas burner when a Korea style pancake is cooked by heating a large capacity cooking plate with flame discharged from multiple gas burners installed by being connected with multiple gas supply pipes respectively for business use. The Korea style pancake cooking apparatus for business use comprises: a large capacity cooking plate used for business use; multiple gas burners installed in the lower part of the cooking plate for heating the cooking plate; an ignition device installed in one side of the gas burner to ignite combustion gas; an operating lever wherein a gas supply pipe is connected with multiple gas burners respectively, and for manually opening and closing the gas supply valve of the gas pipe wherein a gas supply pipe is separated, and controlling a power supply switch of a solenoid valve at the same time; a temperature detection sensor in contact with the cooking plate to detect a heating temperature; and a controlling part wherein the solenoid valve for opening and closing the gas pipe is installed, and for controlling a heating temperature in real time by operating the solenoid valve by a signal applied by the temperature detection sensor. |
