The present invention provides a ferrite core which has low saturation magnetostriction near 100°C, suppresses booming noise when driving the same, and has a high saturation magnetic flux density. The ferrite core is a MnZn-based ferrite core comprising 51.5-54.5 mol% of oxidized steel relative to Fe_2O_3, 7.0-11.5 mol% of a zinc oxide relative to ZnO, and the remainder consisting of a manganese oxide which is a main component. The main component comprises 500-10,000 ppm of Ni relative to NiO, 100-6,000 ppm of Ti relative to TiO_2, and 500-4,000 ppm of Co relative to CoO. |
