A cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cosmetic storage case which stores sponge in which liquid cosmetics are impregnated on the inside; a penetrable assembly which is installed inside the cosmetic storage case to be disposed on an upper part of the sponge and has through-holes through which the liquid cosmetics impregnated in the sponge can pass; and a porous urethane foam which is disposed between the sponge and the penetrable assembly. The sense of use can be kept by disposing the porous urethane foam between the sponge and the penetrable assembly to provide an excellent elastic force and thus improve dynamic stability. The penetrable assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention is unconstrained and coupled inside the cosmetic storage case so as to discharge the liquid cosmetics impregnated at the bottom of the sponge through the porous urethane foam and the through-holes by pressurizing the porous urethane foam by a pressurizing force when a pressurizing means or a hand applies pressure. In addition, the penetrable assembly can prevent overflow of the liquid cosmetics, and uniformly generate a pressurizing force of the pressurizing means to the porous urethane foam, thereby enabling liquid powder impregnated in the sponge to be smoothly and uniformly used.
