Provided is a method for generating pitch. The method for generating pitch includes the following steps: obtaining an ultrasonic signal reflected from a face of a user; generating feature information by using the obtained ultrasonic signal; generating a pitch predicted value by using the generated feature information; classifying the ultrasonic signal into a voiced section and an unvoiced section by using the generated feature information; and generating a pitch value by reflecting the classified voiced section and silent section to the generated pitch predicted value.
