<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a self-excited vibration mechanism compact without enlarging it even when a plurality of nozzles are made to perform self-excited vibrations. <P>SOLUTION: The hand dryer includes a suction port for taking in outside air, a suction air path including an air path for guiding the air fetched from the suction port to a high pressure airflow generator, and a blow-off air path including an air path for guiding the air whose pressure is raised by the high pressure airflow generator to the nozzles 5, the plurality of nozzles 5 are arrayed at intervals 7, and jet flow blown off from the nozzles 5 perform self-excited vibrations. The nozzles 5 are fixed to a crank arm 11 through a nozzle holding portion, the crank arm 11 is connected to a crank 12, and the nozzles 5 perform the self-excited vibration by the rotation of the crank 12.
