A modular clamping assembly is described for fixing a conduit to a vehicle, particularly a body of a rail vehicle carriage. A holding member which includes a passage for holding a conduit forms at least one linear row, together with two spacers, which is disposed along frame portions of a frame. The frame portions are releasably fixed to the two spacers. At least one frame portion engages with the holding member by means of engaging faces of the frame portion and the holding member, respectively.
