The present invention relates to a head cushion. The present invention provides a functional and multi-purpose head cushion for a headband. The head cushion is installed on a headband to assist support of wearer′s head, is made of a flexible and elastic material, and has openings, and thus expands supporting range of the head while reducing contact area when wearing the headband, thereby minimizing pressure on the head including a weak spot for pain or the like. The head cushion facilitates ventilation, and thus minimizes sweat generation during long-time work, enhances flexibility, and thus facilitates shape deformation and reconstruction, and sequentially comes in contact with the head of the wearer, and disperses a load, and thus prevents pressure and functions as a buffer. The headband according to the present invention comprises: a band main body worn on the head of a wearer; a support band which is connected to the band main body, and is supported by the upper part of the head of the wearer; an adjusting band which is connected to the rear end of the band main body, and in which the length is adjustable; and a length adjusting lever which adjusts the length of the adjusting band. The headband comprises a head cushion which includes: a main body which is formed in a concave shape toward the center of the upper, lower, left and right sides; fixing clips which are included on the upper part of the main body, and inserted into the band main body or the support band; and banding members which connect both ends of the fixing clips to the upper parts of the edges. The head cushion is made of an elastic material, and is inserted into the headband to assist support of wearer′s head. |
