PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a hybrid vehicle capable of suppressing degradation of a capacitor, properly controlling first and second electric motors, and thus preventing change in torque of wheels.SOLUTION: The controller of a hybrid vehicle selectively executes first limit control for limiting output electric power to be outputted from a capacitor to magnitude equal to or under predetermined first power ELMT1, and second limit control for, within a predetermined time, limiting the output electric power to magnitude equal to or under predetermined second power ELMT2 larger than the first power ELMT1. While the first limit control is executed, first and second electric motors are controlled on the basis of the first power ELMT1. While the second limit control is executed, the first electric motor is controlled on the basis of the second power ELMT2, and the second electric motor is controlled on the basis of the first power ELMT1. |
