<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt span length measurement auxiliary tool and a belt span length measuring method capable of accurately determining a span length of a belt, and being applied regardless of a distance between axes of pulleys.SOLUTION: A belt span length measurement auxiliary tool includes: a contact member 4 kept into contact with a belt 3; an axis determining member 5 extended orthogonally to an extending direction of the contact member 4, and disposed while passing an axis 1a of a first pulley 1 or an axis 2a of a second pulley 2; a connecting member 6 disposed orthogonally to the extending direction of the contact member 4 and an extending direction of the axis determining member 5, and connecting the contact member 4 and the axis determining member 5; holding means including a slide member 9 for holding the axis determining member 5 to the connecting member 6 movably in the extending direction of the axis determining member 5 or movably in the extending direction of the connecting member 6; and a marking member 7 held by the connecting member 6, and forming a marking line for determining a span length S of the belt 3.</p> |
