The present invention relates to a multi-directional dumping moving cart comprising: a frame; a moving unit installed in the frame to move the frame; a hinge combining unit located on an upper part of the frame; a loading box located on an upper part of the frame to stack a load; a hinge combining unit to hinge-combine one selected between a front and a rear or a right and a left side of the loading box with the frame based on a moving direction of the frame; and a dumping member installed in the frame, rotating the loading box wherein the frame is hinge-combined by a hinge combining unit to load and unload the load. According to the present invention, the multi-directional dumping moving cart has an effect of reducing time and human resources required to load and unload operations not only by loading and unloading a load by a person who lacks muscle strength such as the elderly or children, but also by multi-directionally loading and unloading a load without moving a carriage.
