The present invention relates to a ski simulation device for realizing a rotation motion and, more specifically, to a ski simulation device for realizing a rotation motion, capable of enabling a user to feel a sense of reality as if the user actually skies by allowing a ski plate to be horizontally rotated. The ski simulation device for realizing a rotation motion according to the present invention comprises: a frame; a first ski plate; a second ski plate arranged on a side of the first ski plate; a support member which supports the first ski plate and the second ski plate to be rotated; and a driving unit which is mounted in the frame, and coupled to the support member to operate the support member. The first ski plate and the second ski plate are horizontally rotated with respect to the frame due to a linear movement of the support member moved by the driving unit.
