The present invention provides an antenna module package which comprises: a substrate with a plurality of terminals; an NFC antenna chip and a wireless charging antenna chip which are installed on the substrate and connected to at least one of the terminals wherein an NFC antenna is embedded in the NFC antenna chip and a wireless charging antenna is embedded in the wireless charging antenna chip; and an NFC extension antenna loop and a wireless charging extension antenna loop which are formed on at least one surface of the substrate and electrically connected to the NFC antenna chip and the wireless charging antenna chip respectively.
