The present invention relates to a system for providing voice information of an unexpected situation. The system includes a road operation and management server, and at least one electronic device. The road operation and management server receives a user input information, extracts a direction information, a distance information, a road blocking information, and a unexpected situation content information from the received user input information; extracts a coordinate information mapped to the distance information, a road blocking voice information mapped to the road blocking information, and a unexpected situation content voice information mapped to the unexpected situation content information from a storage unit; generates unexpected situation voice information, including the coordinate information, the direction information, the road blocking voice information, the unexpected situation content voice information, and an interrupt signal, or unexpected situation information, including the coordinate information, the direction information, the road blocking voice information, the unexpected situation content voice information, and the interrupt signal; and transmits the unexpected situation content voice information or the unexpected situation content information to the at least one electronic device in real time. At least one electronic device receives the unexpected situation content voice information or the unexpected situation content information from the road operation and management server; generates unexpected situation notification information, which notifies occurrence of an unexpected situation to drivers with voice or texts, from the received unexpected situation content voice information or the received unexpected situation content information, and displays the generated unexpected situation notification information through a speaker or a display unit. |
