<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant composition for a food and beverage production line, which expresses homogeneous and excellent deodorizing effect even to different kinds of diversifying flavors, such as fruit juice drinks, sports drinks, coffee beverages, and a nutrition-supplement drinks, and can efficiently deodorize and remove the flavor of previous products that adheres and remains on the production line in an food and beverage plant for producing various different products in the same production line. <P>SOLUTION: The deodorant composition for the food and beverage production line contains a component (A) of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin, a component (B) of a cyclodextrin component consisting of at least one selected fromα-cyclodextrin,β-cyclodextrin, andγ-cyclodextrin, and a component (C) of water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
