The present invention relates to a spring assembly for supporting a metal sheet, which can efficiently operate a support roller by preventing deformation of the support roller by a weight of a metal sheet and high temperature heat during a process of heating the metal sheet transported from an upper portion of the support roller. The spring assembly for supporting a metal sheet according to the present invention comprises: an operation rod (10) inserted into a tube (60) formed in a pipe shape to make a rod head (12) protrude from one side of the tube (60) and penetrate a plug (62) installed on an end of the tube (60); a knuckle (20) fixed on the other side of the tube (60) in a protruding form; a nut (30) mounted on an end of the operation rod (10) to be friction-supported on the knuckle (20); an inner spring (40) disposed on the outer circumference of the operation rod (10) in a longitudinal direction; and an outer spring (50) disposed on the outside of the inner spring (40). The rod head (12) is fixed on a bed (3) which supports a weight of a metal sheet (2). The knuckle (20) is fixed on a lower portion of a support roller (5) or on the support roller (5) to support a weight of the support roller (5).
