摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center telephone system that enables a supervisor to transmit advice or the like to an operator during communication with a customer without allowing the customer to hear the advice.SOLUTION: In the case of performing, in order to transmit advice or the like to an operator from a supervisor, change from a two-way call connection state between a customer terminal connected to the outside line 3 side of a private branch exchange and an operator terminal 10 to a three-way call connection state among the outside line 3, the operator terminal 10, and a supervisor terminal 20 by using a conference trunk 52 provided in the private branch exchange, the three-way call connection state is set by: connecting a call transmission line 31 of the outside line 3, a call reception line 13 and a first call transmission line 11 which is one of two call transmission lines provided on the operator terminal 10, and a call transmission line 21 and a call reception line 22 of the supervisor terminal 20 with any conference trunk 52 captured out of conference trunks in an idle state; and connecting a second call transmission line 12 which is the other on the operator terminal 10 with a call reception line 32 of the outside line 3.
