PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery control device capable of avoiding the generation of protrusive peak power.SOLUTION: A storage battery control device 100 includes: a reference SOC calculation section 60 for calculating a reference SOC of a storage battery device in accordance with a lapse time in a peak time zone by using a function including a SOC reduction coefficient for a SOC of a storage battery that discharges excessive power exceeding a peak power setting value of power supplied from a commercial power system to be reduced in accordance with the lapse time in the peak time zone of power consumption; and a variable control section 64 for variably controlling the peak power setting value in accordance with a relation between an actually available effective SOC of the storage battery device when the lapse time passes, and the calculated reference SOC. |
