PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate regularity of a user's behavior accurately.SOLUTION: A place ID definition part 34 allocates a spot ID to respective positional information, based on time series data of user position information, and create a series of the spot IDs. A movement column division part 36 sets the respective spot ID as a node, based on the series of the spot ID, create a chart in which nodes corresponding to continuous spot IDs are connected at an edge, and determines the spot IDs of the nodes serving as a start point and end point, respectively. The series of the spot IDs is divided with the spot IDs of the nodes serving as the start point and end point, for creating plural movement columns. A histogram generation part 38 generates a histogram indicating frequency of the respective movement column. A user regularity estimation part 40 estimates regularity of a user's behavior based on the generated histogram. |
