PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a photocurable resin, by which the curing reaction of a photocurable resin composition can be promoted by irradiating the photocurable resin composition with irradiation light while blocking light in a wavelength region including a UV wavelength region, and to provide a method for manufacturing a transfer member, by which a transfer member having high durability can be obtained while achieving excellent transfer function, and a transfer member.SOLUTION: The following photocurable resin composition is cured in the following way. The photocurable resin composition comprises: a photopolymerization initiator having absorption sensitivity in a UV ray wavelength region; a radical polymerizable monomer that is polymerized by an action of the photopolymerization initiator; and a sensitizer that has first absorption sensitivity in a region on a shorter wavelength side of a specific wavelength selected within a wavelength range from 320 to 350 nm, overlapping the wavelength region of the absorption sensitivity of the photopolymerization initiator, and that has second absorption sensitivity in a region on a longer wavelength side of the specific wavelength. The photocurable resin composition is irradiated with irradiation light that does not include light in a region on the shorter wavelength side of the specific wavelength but includes light in the wavelength region of the second absorption sensitivity of the sensitizer. |
