PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus configured to obtain an excellent image.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: a first image forming section forming an auxiliary layer; a second image forming section forming an image layer; and a control section. Each of the first and second image forming sections includes a developer carrier with developer carried on a surface, the developer being supplied to an image carrier with a latent image carried on a surface. The control section controls the first and second image forming sections so that a first speed, which is a moving speed of a surface of the developer carrier in the first image forming section, may be different from a second speed, which is a moving speed of a surface of the developer carrier in the second image forming section. |
