PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner manufacturing method capable of simply and efficiently giving toner having particles whose distribution is sharp, which are high in circularity, and which have a uniform shape.SOLUTION: A toner manufacturing method includes the following a) to c) steps of: a) mixing a binder resin containing a resin A including a part capable of having a crystalline structure, with an organic solvent capable of dissolving the binder resin, and dissolving the binder resin in the organic solvent to prepare a resin composition; b) charging the resin composition, resin particles containing a resin B including a part capable of having a crystalline structure, and carbon dioxide into a container, adjusting the inside of the container to a specific pressure and temperature, and granulating the mixture to prepare a droplet of the resin composition; and c) flowing the carbon dioxide into the container, removing the organic solvent contained in the droplet, and discharging the organic solvent from the container to give toner particles. |
